Our Story

SBI Smart Brands International, is the North American division of privately held, multi-national parent company EDCO Eindhoven BV. With offices in Asia, Europe, North and South America our resources include Intra Industry, a logistics and sourcing office in Shenzhen, China and SBI [America], the North American Sales & Marketing Office.

Intra Industry has been cultivating factory relationships in the automotive aftermarket industry since 2006 and parent company EDCO, has been promoting brand name licensed product lines since 1978. SBI [America] is dedicated to developing retail and distribution partnerships with its experienced team of North American based industry professionals.

Goodyear

In 2016 SBI partnered with Goodyear, an internationally recognized American brand, to develop a line of automotive and safety accessories for the North American market. The resulting product line capitalizes on the brand recognition of automotive market leader Goodyear and the product knowledge of the SBI R&D team.

Since the launch of the first Goodyear program SBI has continued to grow that product line each year expanding it into winter accessories, portable lighting, gift collectibles and recreational products. SBI strives to fill gaps in the automotive category with a strategy of providing updated alternatives to traditional products.

Garrity

In 2019 SBI acquired the rights to develop and distribute products under the trusted brand name Garrity with a commitment to honoring the Garrity brand and history. SBI will continue to distribute traditional Garrity items such as its flagship product, the LifeLite while also revitalizing the assortment with upgraded technology. The plan to expand into new and innovative products within lighting categories under the Garrity brand will continue as we celebrate 50+ years of the Garrity name.
